 Good Hope Studies is one of the leading English language schools in Cape Town. We have gained an excellent reputation both through the personal attention we give students and by promoting a relaxed yet challenging environment in which to study. Each year more and more students from all over the world enjoy our first class programme.

South Africa's scenic beauty and wealth of natural resources invite you to combine an English language course with a trip through southern Africa. A wide variety of tours are
offered, from a 3-day safari in the Kruger National Park to a 19-day adventure tour to the Victoria Falls.

Beautiful Cape Town Cape Town is regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Its famous landmark, Table Mountain, the sparkling Atlantic and Indian oceans, numerous beaches, the evergreen vegetation and a mild climate make it a paradise on the southern tip of Africa.

An excellent Location
The school building is located in one of the finest areas of Cape Town. Here, students can learn in a relaxed and quiet environment with classes often held in the school's garden. Sport facilities, shopping centres, restaurants and banks are within walking distance.

Individual attention
Small classes of about 4 - 6 students give our teachers the chance to create an interactive learning environment, while paying individual attention to each student's needs.

Experienced Teachers and staff
Our teachers are highly qualified and motivated, and continually undergo further training so as to keep abreast of the latest methods and innovations in English language teaching.

International atmosphere
A mix of different nationalities gives students the chance to practise their English skills while learning about other cultures and ideas. Although students are mainly from European countries, an increasing number of people from South America and Asia are beginning to discover South Africa.

Progress and results
Each student's progress is closely monitored throughout the entire course. Regular tests provide students with an assessment of their progress.
