We at Alpha College of English work in partnership with Mitsuba
Associates. We provide you with the most effective, professional and caring experience whilst

Alpha College was established in 1989 and is situated in the
centre of Dublin city. We are a full member of the European
Association of Quality Language Services thus guaranteeing the
quality of our courses and services. We also have IS09001:2000
accreditation which assures you of the quality of our
management and administration processes and demonstrates our
commitment to continual improvement.
All our courses are carefully planned and delivered by our young, enthusiastic teaching staff. All teachers have a degree, a recognised TEFL qualification and a minimum of three years teaching experience. We also have a full-time student support officer who looks after student welfare, a full-time cultural activities coordinator, and an accommodation officer to help you with your host family.
Alpha College is a truly international school with students from all comers of the world.
No nationality is more than 15% of the student body and we usually have about 6% of students from Japan. We measure our success in the high proportion of our long-stay students who extend their course. Some students like to book a couple of weeks first and
then extend their course if they are happy. We encourage students to do this as we are sure that they will extend!
