We The Leicester Square School of English, work in
partnership with Mitsuba Associates who assist our
Japanese clients. We consider them to be effective and able to
assist you in your application.
The Leicester Square School of English is
recognised by the British Council and a member of ARELS. LSSE
started in 1992 and since then has become one of the most
popular schools in Central London. If you want to study
English in the centre of the most interesting and cosmopolitan
city in the World then we are the school you require! Over the
last 9 years we have taught nearly seven thousand students.
The second year of the new millennium will be our tenth year
offering language courses to EFL students.
We are located in two buildings, the first
on Wardour Street in Soho and recently we have expanded due to
the growing number of students wanting to study with us. We
have acquired a building on Leicester Square itself, right
next to famous Odeon cinema. This is an idyllic setting
surrounded by outside cafes and restaurants, where you can
enjoy the atmosphere of musicians and street artists.
We have a large self-study access centre
that gives our students the chance to continue their studies
after class in a quiet atmosphere. There is also free Internet
access for research or contacting friends and family.
We have Social Activities Organisers arrange
evenings out and trips to places of interest in and around
London. There is an activity nearly everyday and our costs are
at special discounted rates or free. We aim to teach good
English effectively and in a very friendly social environment
in and out of school time.
Our welcoming staff are always available to
help and advise you. Our teachers are all qualified to teach
English as a foreign language using the latest methods,
textbooks and original materials are used in classes averaging
8 students (Max 12) to help you learn quickly and enjoyably.
If you wish to go to University in England,
LSSE is the ideal place to come and improve your competence
and confidence in English. LSSE works with the British
University Placements who help foreign students to find places
at University in England. This help is given by monthly
workshops, guidance and general assistance with all the
administration needed to attend University and is provided
free of charge to all LSSE students.
