We, the Harven School of English, work in partnership with Mitsuba

Harven, established in 1976, is the only year-round language school in Woking. Our
students tell us that they already knew about the excellent quality of the teaching before they arrived but that they were
surprised and impressed by the family spirit of the school and the friendliness of the staff, students and homestays. As there are usually only between 40 and 60 students in the school you will get to know everyone, and make friends of many nationalities. The school is set in a delightful residential area just 7 minutes' walk from the town centre with its shopping centre, theatre, cinema, bars and restaurants.
Woking, surrounded by the beautiful Surrey countryside, is 27 minutes by train from
central London and 30 minutes by direct coach service from Heathrow airport. A chauffeur collection and check-in service is available.
Our adult courses are completely flexible and are available year-round. Students are
expected to work hard and achieve results and they can choose from a variety of intensive
lessons - TeamStudy and/or tutorial (minimum 10 lessons per week) - to match their individual learning needs and budget. Prices are from
61 per week. The school also offers two course options for long-term students (minimum booking 32 weeks) Bridge Year 20 at
110 per week and Bridge Year 30 at 165 per week. Harven is an Oxford and
Cambridge Examination Centre.
Harven also runs a very popular Summer School for children, six-day programmes including English tuition, sport, activities and excursions. All juniors are fully supervised with Harven transport to and from the school. Accommodation is full board, with packed lunches provided on school days. Courses are for children of 8 - 13 years old (Jet Set Junior), and teenagers of 13 - 17 years old (LanguagePlus/Language & Leisure). Prices, including homestay accommodation, are
381 per week for juniors and 361 per week for teenagers. The Summer School campus is just 20 minutes walk from our adult, year-round centre, so parents can come too!
